I'M EKATERINA PCHELNIKOVA

I'm a Product Designer currently studying Design Lead at Hyper Island. Everything that I do I do for purpose and determined needs. Products that I'm working on have their main emotional core. For me personally it's essential and important to create a thing that will resonate in people hearts. To do that I need to know and understand “the people”.

I'm seizing my potential through design thinking, self-leadership, and effective team collaboration which is so crucial. My graphic and business background is helping me to recognize both the big picture and the small picture by identifying the what, understanding the why, and knowing the how.

Discover. Overcommunicate. Empathy. Make. Test & Evaluate. I enjoy a balanced fast pace and getting early prototypes into the hands of our end users quickly. It's the fastest and most effective way we can build meaningful products for humans!

I am particularly passionate about transparent and Agile leadership, UX, and Human-centered design. Now my desire is leading me deeper to learn more about human brain and psychology.

THINGS I BELIEVE IN:

Put your energy into something you believe in. My biggest interests are humans and our nature, that's why I'm focusing a lot on Behavioral & Accessible Design

In my next life I'll be an explorer. Design field as everything is always changing so do I.

I don't want to run throuth my life neither do you. Creativity needs time and air.

I am based in Stockholm but can also work remotely.
